Flavour: Warming Aromatic Spice

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or a teapot and add boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 min for desired taste. Serve with a dash of milk, sugar or honey, with or without milk.

Chai Latte Recipe: 1 tsp tea in a half cup of water, allow to steep, fill rest of cup with warm milk or soy milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon to decorate.
