SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate fee of $15 and free shipping for orders over $200.

Shipping can an take anywhere from 2-14 business days to arrive after it has been processed. All orders are sent from Kalgoorlie in Regional WA, please keep this in mind when waiting for your order to come, especially if you live on the east coast.

We use Australia Post, all orders include a tracking number.

All items are inspected before packaged and shipped.

DELIVERY

Live locally? We offer $5 delivery on all Kalgoorlie-Boulder orders $40+ and deliver Monday to Saturday. Please leave a note in the comment section at checkout for your preferred delivery day.

In most cases we are unable to offer same day delivery. If you need delivery urgently please call us on 0415 063 549 and we will try to accommodate your request. Hampers usually require 24-48hrs notice.

COLLECTION

Tick FREE COLLECTION at the checkout if you wish to arrange collection of your order. Collection is from the Shop front at 93 Egan St, Kalgoorlie, WA during business hours.

Sunday & Monday- Closed

Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm

Saturday 10am - 2pm



RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Fossick & Co. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

  • Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. We are happy to offer an exchange for another item or offer store credit. Any credit issues will have an expiry of 3 months from date of issue.

  • If you have received a faulty item we will replace the item with another if available, otherwise a full refund will be issued.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@fossick.co. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. 

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs will only be waived if the item is faulty.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we DO NOT accept exchanges or provide refunds for earrings, cosmetics or hair accessories

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to attend on the day, please provide at least 48hrs notice. We understand that life is busy and unforeseen circumstances happen - by our approval, we are happy to transfer your payment to another workshop or to use as a store credit against future retail purchases.
