Part of our Artisan Collection of handcrafted products, our ornate cheese knife set has an intricate handle design that has been inspired by ancient door carvings. First, the pattern is carved into wax and recast in brass to create a mold. Molten aluminium is then poured into the mold and hand finished making each piece unique.
