Indonesian Mandheling Organic: Dark and bold, earthy prominence. Rich and smooth with low to medium acidity and a lingering palate.
Brazilian Alegre: Smooth, light and sweet with hints of honey and caramel finish. Milder flavour with lower acidity.
Columbian: Medium-bodied with low acidity, chocolaty with a medium smooth body and balanced fruity acidity.
PNG Sigri: Rich earthy, dark chocolate undertones with some complexity with floral high notes and sweetness. It has low to moderate acidity
